RentalNumbers.com provides virtual phone number rental services for SMS verification purposes. Numbers are available for short-term (OTP) and long-term rentals across various countries and services.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use our service to:

• Engage in fraud, identity theft, or any illegal activity
• Create fake accounts on third-party platforms in violation of their terms
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Circumvent security measures of any system
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

4. Account & Balance

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. All balance top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused balance has no expiry date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without a refund.

5. Rentals & Refunds

Rental fees are charged at the time of rental. If no SMS is received during an OTP rental period, an automatic refund will be issued to your account balance. Long-term rentals are non-refundable once activated. We do not guarantee SMS delivery as this depends on third-party providers.

6. Privacy

We are committed to your privacy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. SMS messages received on rented numbers are stored temporarily and associated with your account only. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime, SMS delivery failures, or number unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

RentalNumbers.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes where possible.
